• If the order information cannot support shipment to the carrier, we will communicate with the customer and complete the confirmation before shipping.

Return Request

• If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of receiving it, you can request a return.
• The product must be brand new, unused and in original packaging before returns can be accepted.
• Please do not return used items, otherwise no refund will be given.
• If the product does not meet the re-listing standards, we will process the product ourselves, or the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and returning it again.
• Special event products do not support the return policy (information will be noted in advance on the product page)

About Refunds

• The refund process takes up to 5 working days from the date your return is received. (usually faster)
• When your return is approved, we will notify you of the refund status. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable)
• The refund posting time depends on your card issuer and generally takes 3-5 working days.
• We will refund according to the original payment method you used when purchasing.

How to return a product?

• Please contact help@zoneinathlete.com and explain the reason for the return and related information (order number, recipient name, package tracking number)
• Within 24 hours, Zone in Athlete will reply to your return email and inform you of the return address within 1 working day.
• Confirm that the product is complete and unused and in its original packaging. Please send the package yourself.
• After the package is sent, please reply to the email and inform Zone in Athlete of the tracking number of the returned package.

About defective/damaged/incorrect items

• Please contact us immediately through the “Contact Us” page within 72 hours of receiving the package.
• Please take photos and videos immediately to keep as evidence.
• Please note that if you contact us 72 hours after receiving the package, we will not be able to process your request.
