Returns Policy

Return Request
- If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 calendar days of receiving it, you can request a return.
- The product must be brand new, unused and in original packaging before returns can be accepted.
- Please do not return used items, otherwise no refund will be given.
- If the product does not meet the re-listing standards, we will process the product ourselves, or the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and returning it again.
- Special event products do not support the return policy (information will be noted in advance on the product page)
- Returned merchandise needs to be photographed and videotaped to confirm the condition of the merchandise.
- We do not currently offer walk-in returns, all returns must be returned to our location.
About Refunds
- The refund process takes up to 5 working days from the date your return is received. (usually faster)
- Once we receive a return, it takes 1-2 working days to process it, including reviewing the order information, checking the integrity of the item, and submitting a refund request.
- When your return is approved, we will notify you of the refund status. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable)
- The refund posting time depends on your card issuer and generally takes 3-5 working days.
- We will refund according to the original payment method you used when purchasing.
If after 7 business days you have not received your refund, please contact the email at the bottom of this page and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
How to return a product?
- Please contact help@zoneinathlete.com and explain the reason for the return and related information (order number, recipient name, package tracking number)
- Within 24 hours, Zone in Athlete will reply to your return email and inform you of the return address within 1 working days.
- Confirm that the product is complete and unused and in its original packaging. Please send the package yourself.
- After the package is sent, please reply to the email and inform Zone in Athlete of the tracking number of the returned package.
About defective/damaged/incorrect items
- Please contact us immediately through the “Contact Us” page within 72 hours of receiving the package.
- Please take photos and videos immediately to keep as evidence.
- Please note that if you contact us 72 hours after receiving the package, we will not be able to process your request.
Order Cancellation
- If the goods have not been delivered to the shipping service provider, you can cancel your order at any time without any review and we will arrange a refund immediately. (Please refer to the refund policy for specific refund details)
- If the goods have been delivered to the shipping service provider and have been shipped out of the warehouse, we apologize. Please follow the return policy and return method.
About Delays
- If delivery is not arranged within 3 working days, we will bear the shipping costs incurred by the customer when returning the product.
- During holidays and/or days with high trading volume, order processing times may vary and may be extended appropriately.
- Delays are beyond our control once the item leaves our facility, if you have very urgent needs it is recommended to choose an express service and give yourself plenty of time to plan.
