- If you want to receive your item as quickly as possible, you can choose other shipping methods for an additional fee.
- Duties and import charges paid on the order are the responsibility of the seller.
- Wholesale orders require shipping charges to the buyer.
- We currently support shipping regions: US / UK / CA / EU / AU
- Delivery within the United States, but does not include overseas addresses in remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Order cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order before your package leaves our warehouse. But transactions will incur uncontrollable processing fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
Processing fees are controlled by the transaction channel, not the Zone in Athlete
It can take up to 5 working days for your funds to be re-deposited into your account, depending on your card issuer.

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday
Orders successfully paid before 12:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day.
During holidays and/or days with high trading volume, order processing times may vary and may be extended appropriately.
Shipping calculations are based on the business day when you select your label, not including Saturday or Sunday.
If the order information cannot support shipment to the carrier, we will communicate with the customer and complete the confirmation before shipping.
Delivery / Shipping / Tracking
After confirming the order information, we will send the package out from the warehouse and you will receive the package tracking code and tracking website in your mailbox.
Once the package is delivered, the carrier will process your package (1 working day) and then update with more detailed shipping information.
- After the package leaves the warehouse, free shipping usually takes 7-12 working days. For other fast shipping methods, please refer to the corresponding shipping policy.

Lost, stolen and returned packages
In the event of a lost package, we will be responsible for sending a replacement if the chosen carrier does not produce a “Proof of Delivery”.
If we have a “proof of delivery” our reasonableness ends there, as we have no control over the circumstances at that location.
If you provide an incorrect address and/or unit/apartment number, you will be held responsible as we will not enter that address into the system.
Any items returned to an incorrect address will be refunded (minus shipping charges).
Shipping damage and shipping errors
In the event of shipping damage, we ask that you contact us via the “CONTACT US” page within 48 hours of your package’s arrival.
Please provide a detailed description of the damage and how you received the package, along with relevant photos and videos, and we will work to find a suitable solution.
If you receive the wrong item, we ask that you contact us via the “CONTACT US” page within 48 hours of your package arrival.
Please provide the tracking label number of the incorrect item, the order number, and photos and videos of the incorrect item you received.
Delay
We are very sorry, but delays do occur and are beyond our control once the goods have left our warehouse.
Due to COVID-19, some restrictions may apply.
International orders may be affected by import inspection, customs, and carrier issues.
